First Visit

A typical first visit is a time for Dr. Fox to get to know you, your family history, and the extent of your problem. Prior to your consultation with Dr. Fox, you will fill out a basic health history and introductory form for Dr. Fox to get the necessary information about your health issues. You can also download the forms and fill them out prior to your appointment. You will then meet with Dr. Fox for history taking and examination. If treatment is needed at that time, she will explain the procedures thoroughly before proceeding. There is no need for you to change clothes. All treatments and therapies are performed with the outfit you wear that day. Before leaving, Dr. Fox will recommended a second visit where your unique schedule for treatment will be addressed.
